FOMO3D Phoenix ("the Service") is a non-custodial application built on the Solana blockchain. This policy explains what information we handle, what we deliberately do not collect, and the choices you have.
Wallet addresses and on-chain activity. When you connect a wallet or make a purchase, your public wallet address and transactions are recorded on the Solana blockchain. This is public, permanent, and outside our control — the blockchain is operated by its validators, not by us. We read this public data to display balances, purchases, points, and leaderboards.
Contact and partnership submissions. If you use our contact or partner forms, we receive the name, email address, and message you provide, delivered to our team inbox via a form relay provider. We use it only to reply to you.
Technical basics. Our hosting provider processes standard server logs (IP address, user agent, requested pages) to serve the site and protect it from abuse.
We do not run user accounts, do not collect names or identity documents to play, do not sell data, do not run third-party advertising trackers, and never have custody of your private keys or funds. Game funds are held by on-chain programs whose rules are public.
The app uses local storage strictly for functional preferences (such as your wallet connection state and interface settings). We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Because blockchain records are immutable, we cannot alter or erase your on-chain history. Wallet addresses are pseudonymous, but you should assume anything you do on a public blockchain is permanently visible to anyone.
We use infrastructure providers to operate the Service: web hosting, RPC (blockchain access) endpoints, and a form relay for contact submissions. These providers process data solely to provide their service to us.
The Service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.
We will update this page when our practices change and adjust the "last updated" date above. Material changes will be announced on our official channels.
