These terms govern your use of the FOMO3D Phoenix website and the on-chain programs it interfaces with (together, "the Service"). By connecting a wallet or transacting with the programs, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
FOMO3D Phoenix is a skill-and-timing game of on-chain strategy built on Solana. Game rules — pricing curves, pot splits, timers, dividends, power-ups, and payouts — are enforced by publicly verifiable on-chain programs, not by us. The website is an interface; the programs are the game.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use blockchain applications of this kind in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the Service is lawful where you live. Do not use the Service if that use is prohibited.
Participation involves real risk, including the total loss of funds you commit. Prices of digital assets are volatile. Smart contracts, wallets, RPC providers, and blockchains can fail, be congested, or be exploited despite testing and audits. You participate entirely at your own risk and should never commit funds you cannot afford to lose.
Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Purchases, burns, stakes, and claims cannot be undone, refunded, or reversed by us — no instruction exists in the programs that would let us do so. Verify every transaction in your wallet before signing.
Nothing on the Service is financial, legal, or tax advice. Eggs, points, ranks, cards, and the $FOMO token are game elements with utility inside the game; they are not offered as investments, and nothing here is a promise of profit. Airdrop allocations, where offered, are promotional rewards for gameplay.
You may not attack the Service — including attempting to exploit program vulnerabilities (report them instead; a bug bounty applies), disrupting infrastructure, or impersonating the team. On-chain strategies permitted by the programs' rules (including the use of multiple wallets) are part of the game.
The website is provided without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for losses arising from your use of the Service, including losses caused by blockchain behavior, third-party infrastructure, wallet compromise, or your own transactions. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us for use of the website, which is zero.
The FOMO3D Phoenix name, artwork, and site content belong to the project. The on-chain program source is published for verification; verification does not grant a license to redeploy it commercially under the same brand.
We may update the website and these terms at any time; the "last updated" date above will change. On-chain programs, once deployed and their authorities burned or transferred to a multisig, operate by their own published rules.
